Procession for Sgt Nicholas Dickhut May 6

2007 Stewartville graduate Sgt Nicholas Dickhut was killed in the line of duty in Afghanistan last Sunday. There is a fire engine escort coming down Hwy 52 with his body and will pass 75th St at about 12pm, then proceed to Hwy 14 to Macken Funeral home. Our hearts and prayers go out to his family and on behalf of New Life 98.9 FM, we say thank you for making the ultimate sacrifice in the service of our country.

KNLW was at the concert last night, and it was AMAZING! Fireflight poured an incredible amount of passion and honesty into their music last night. New songs like “Stronger” and “He Weeps” were cool as well as classic hits like “Unbreakable” and “Desperate.” Special thanks as well to SkyPilot, Seventh Time Down, and Ashes Remain (who did their hit single “On My Own”) for putting on great shows as well!

Impact is coming to Rochester once again on April 24-25! This two-day live event is your chance to reach your community for Christ by supporting the radio ministry of New Life 98.9 FM. Tune in all day to hear about what other charities, ministries, and churches are doing to impact our city.
